Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. There should be no signs of wear and tear or damage to the product. It should not have been opened or used in any way. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your location is not in Bulgaria, shipping your goods back may take longer than expected.

Damage and problems

Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Replacement of the product/s

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Important Note! - All return fees (bank fees, transportation fees, and others, without exception) are determined by vitaON and are to be covered by the customer requesting the return.

Recovery

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, to inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If it is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund may take some time with your bank or credit card company.
